I had a flowering hyacinth given to me in January/Feb. I have let the leaves die and dry out like supposed to but now I would really like to have it flower again. Can I force the bulb to flower again and when and How.

Sure you can Tracey. You can try planting them now and you might get some blooms this year or keep your bulbs in a cool area and then plant them in the fall. The following spring they should be beautiful.
