RECIPE FOR SOOTHING BATH BAGS
1 c oatmeal
1/2 c powdered milk 3/4 c of dried cut lemon peel
1/2 c of chamomile, rose, lavender mixture. Mix together and fill your sachet.

RECIPE FOR HERBAL MASSAGE OIL
Combine 8 oz. of St. John's Wort Oil
10 drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil

Combine 3 broken Cinnamon Sticks with
equal amounts of the following dried flowers.
Statice Flowers
Lavender
Wild Orchids
Lemon Verbena Leaves
Whole Cloves
Add 5-10 drops of Lavender essential oil.

GARDENER'S RELAXING BATH CRYSTALS
1 lb coarse salt
2 teaspoons vegetable glycerin
70 drops rose essential oil
Combine glycerin and salt (Place in a large sturdy ziplock bag & shake) Once all the salt crystals are coated, add essential oil and shake some more. You may substitute different essential oil fragrances according to your preference.
Add aprox. 2 Tablespoons to your bath water. Very relaxing after heavier garden work such as preparing soil for planting :0)

To prepare a herbal hair rinse, simply bring to a boil 1 T dried herb & 4 cups water. Let simmer for 30 mins. Cool for 30 mins. Strain & use on clean, wet hair. Leave it on for 20 - 30 mins.
