Try using those cd discs you get from A*L and the like. Simply thread them with wire so they swing freely, and they will reflect light and disparage scavengers! Really works, and recycles too! "

The cats do wear bells during the summer and are not out much during the winter. The bells virtually eliminate the birds being caught by them.
