CREAMY PEAS & POTATOES

Boil potatoes (aprox. 8) and steam peas. Proportioned at twice the amount of potatoes to peas.

In a separate saucepan warm a quart of heavy cream and melt 1/2 cup of butter into it.

Add a teaspoon of crushed garlic and basil to sauce and flour to thicken.

Mix sauce in with potatoes and mash. Stir in peas and serve.
