Hot Glue Gun
1 Small Piece of Garden Hose
Dried Flowers - Potpourri

    PINECONE FIRESTARTERS WITH COLORFUL EMBERS:

  • Gather up some wax from pieces of almost finished or broken candles and melt it in a double boiler.

  • Using a string, carefully dip your pinecone into the wax and then dip it into a fine sawdust with a small amount of table salt mixed in.

  • Once the wax has set, you can toss them into the fireplace when desired.

  • These will produce lovely yellow embers for you to enjoy. (They make great content for a gift basket too!)
