2 broccoli florets
1 chopped red onion

Dressing

3 tsp sugar
Pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Broccoli can be grown in either spring or the fall but does best when temperatures remain between 40 and 70 degrees F. during the growing period.
